ABOUT US

In 2001, Beth teamed up with Joey Gault to create The Wexler Gault Group, where they were a top-producing team in Chicago. After leaving the city, their focused shifted to the North Shore. Beth moved to Highland Park and Joey moved to Deerfield. They still maintained relationships in the city with all the top brokers and continued to sell in Chicago but started expanding their business to the North Shore. Their proven track record and marketing acumen made it easy to cultivate new relationships where they quickly became the top brokers on the North Shore. Liz started with the Wexler Gault Group in 2012 and helped take their business to the next level by implementing business systems and marketing platforms, and quickly became their third partner. 

Beth Wexler:

The name Beth Wexler has become synonymous with real estate, service, and sales in the North Shore. She started her journey in real estate at just 21 years old and quickly became a top performer. Renowned as one of the North Shore's top brokers, Beth's confidence and passion shine through in every client interaction. She finds motivation in collaboration with her partners, her dedicated team, and the invaluable relationships she's built in the brokerage community. When she's not working, Beth enjoys quality time with her husband Michael, children, and dog in Highland Park. Her free time often leads her to Montana, where she cherishes moments with family and friends.

Joey Gault: 

Joey, a dedicated broker with over two decades of experience, boasts an unmatched work ethic and profound passion for real estate. Her North Shore market expertise, coupled with exceptional patience and client-focused dedication, sets her apart. Joey consistently goes above and beyond to exceed her clients' expectations throughout their home buying and selling journey. With a background in managing high-net-worth assets at Mesirow Financial, she skillfully applies financial acumen to structure and negotiate real estate transactions. Real estate runs in her family, with both her mother and sister finding success in the industry. Joey resides in Deerfield with her husband, Jon, and two boys, alongside their two canine companions. When she's not immersed in the real estate world, Joey finds solace in the outdoors, travels avidly, and relishes quality time with her friends and family.

Liz Salinas:

Liz is the glue to not only her team, but to her friends and family. She is dedicated to the core and committed to making her North Shore client's experience enjoyable and seamless from start to finish. Client service is Liz’s number one priority, and she approaches each transaction with integrity, perseverance and dedication. Liz takes pride in exceeding her client’s expectations with her attention to detail, marketing acumen, seasoned negotiating skills and tireless work ethic. Liz lives in Highland Park where she has raised her children and her rescue dog. She loves to take long walks, enjoys cooking, spending time with those close to her and traveling.
