Based on this information, we will let you know our recommended list price.
We come back to meet with you so you can sign the listing agreement and seller disclosures. We will also review current taxes, any assessments (if applicable), and any additional information about your home.
After each show, we will provide you with specific listing feedback. We then automatically email the agent with a request for feedback and will track each call so we can easily analyze the activity you have been getting. We are constantly trying to analyze the status of your home.
If your home hasn’t sold within a reasonable amount of time, we will reevaluate the market comparables and analyze if we need to reduce the price or adjust the current marketing plan.
